Muscle tension

Hi guys i was wondering if anyone gets a tight muscle tension in there left arm during anxiety attacks and it last for days after my arm has been feeling really tight and its really bugging me it wont go away

I get squeezing pains sometimes in my arms and pretty bad tension and pain in my neck and shoulders! I go to a chiropractor or use a tens machine and muscle rubs to help it and also magnesium can help muscles relax as well!

I have tension and pain in my neck, shoulders. Arms, back of head, forehead, that greatly increases with increasing anxiety. It stinks. Tye more you think about it, the more you feel it.
