Red rash on neck and chest??

When im anxious or having a panic attack this strange rash appears on my chest and arms could last twenty mins anyone er else??

Yes i used to get that is it itchy.

Hi there no not itchy.. jst appears for twenty mins as soon as im having or going to have a full panic attack

I have had this happen too, but mine will appear for a day or so, then just gone....I think it is just because my nervous system is so hyper right now that the stress is resulting in a lot of physical symptoms. Mine also gets itchy though
