Soo lately everytime i go to sleep i sweat alot i dont know why mean while i have my AC On im only 23 years old aswell . Another thing is i get rapid heart beat certain times just from relaxing or eating certain types of food. i also get headaches but it comes and goes not everday but sometimes and i keep thinking about brain tumors . third i want to hit the gym but my heart got me thinking saying to my self how about i work out and it start beating crazy fast and i pass out? just alot at once.

I've gone through a lot of the same. I talked to my doctor about my concerns and he does have me on anti-anxiety meds. And I know no matter who tells you that don't have a brain tumor isn't going to help. But trust me, it's more likely anxiety than a brain tumor. Also, getting exercise has help me. I go to both a gym and ride my bike. I guess it increase whatever the good chemicals are (dopamine, serotonin?) If I could exercise 24/7 I'd probably not frequent this site as often. Good luck.
