I'm a newbie to the website after it was recommended by a friend and my cofounder of our blog. Mental health awareness is huge for me. Not only for my kids but for myself and adults too. I can't wait to learn more about how everyone copes. Me personally, I use animals, therapy (one and one and group), smells, meditation and the tools (CBT & DBT) I learned while I was in my 10 week therapy program. I 'suffer' from anxiety, depression, insomnia, adhd, arthritis, chronic pain, migraines and food allergies to name a few.
