Anxiety coming back worse

Hi all, just looking for some advice before I go to the doctors, even though they are no help half the time either :(

I suffered from severe anxiety all of last year, and after going on Zoloft my anxiety subsided except it caused me to have severe heart palpitations, so after putting up with being on Zoloft just because it got rid of my anxiety and dealing with the heart palpitations, I finally gave up and weaned off it just to get my quality of life back as the palpitations were causing me to feel constantly uncomfortable. I stopped it in March this year ( one year after being on Zoloft ) and have been good ever since, my heart palpitations stopped and rarely suffered from anxiety until the last month, I’ve had the worst anxiety ever, worse than I’ve ever had before, I get constant faint feelings, get a rollercoaster type drop feeling through my body, wooshing sounds in my ears and am just in constant panic, I also wake up with aching body everyday, especially my back and my legs and just feel overall horrible :( I’m not sure what to do but I thought I was going so well, but I guess not :(

Was there a trigger? Stress at work? Change in relationship? Lack of sunlight? In winter time, getting exercise and sunlight is important. Also laying off caffeine and alcohol will help. I have dealt with panic attacks the last five years and I have gotten better at paying attention to my triggers so that I don't relapse in anxiety. You can beat this, but it will take time to find what works for you.

All that stuff you mentioned is a physical manifestation of anxiety. It makes us extremely tense, and it's very painful during and after anxiety struggles. Just so you know, it all goes away. Everything. Once you get it under control you'll lose the pain (probably last), the elevator/boat feelings, the faint/dizzy feeling, the constant state of urgency for no reason...all of it.
