Hi !
So , currently going through PMS and I’m definitely going though the motions. The mood swings, cramps, irritability , change in sleep pattern, low libido....it’s all there! Now , one symptom I hate is the brain fog/ “fuzzy mind”.....it’s like I’m some dumbo. It’s sucks and I’m thankful I’m off from work now. It’s like my thoughts are overlapping , running wild ..foggy for sure. Sometimes, I’ll talk and stumble over my words, because I have so much to say, but put it in a way that I may eventually disagree with. So, with all of that goin on , I stumble words and stutter sometimes, or I get forgetful, then I’ll stare out into outer space trying to gather right answer or thought I have . It’s crazy :/
Any tips to the women on here, on how to not only get through it, tips to relieve it, but also how to not freak out/get anxious over this ? My hormones are going nuts haha. (Yes it was quite the interesting challenge writing this —so many thoughts or foggy ones 😩)
