New symptoms for me

Day 2 of heart palpitations numb head and generally feeling crap.

So tired too. Woke up with the above this morning and just cannot shift it. At work feeling like I am going to explode.

Sounds awful! Good old fashioned deep breaths. Always helps with my palpitations. Hope it improves soon

Thank you. I’m breathing deep breaths too, nearly home time. Worn out from the anxiety.
