What do you guys eat to calm your anxiety.....

I used to eat chocolate or any kind of sweets. But, I stopped that about a year ago.

I just use distraction. If I eat I'm going to be in " big" trouble.

I usually lose my appetite when I feel stressed or anxious and end up drinking a lot of coffee or tea.

I have found having a Banana can calm those anxious feelings along with

belly breathing. :) xx
