With anxiety and panic attacks what are some of everyone's symptoms? Mine were my vision dizziness and muscles spasms

Hi charbey anxiety and panic affect everyone differently the effects are rarely the same for everyone! I find I have a bad tension headache afterwards for a couple of hours! But I would say try relaxation music or self hypnosis of which you can find on Google or most places on the net just Google relaxation music or self hypnosis and you will find something that helps you all the best david 🙏

Well when I'm having a panic attack my heart races really uncontrollable,then i start pacing back and forth, and sometimes my legs start to feel like jello like I'm about to fall over. Yea that pretty much what happens to me.
