I feel like moving while being still whether am sitting or standing I feel like moving.i have gone through many tests like cbc,brain CT scan,electrolytes,urinary,diabetes,vertigo all are clear according to drs.i have been to many medical specialists,ENT and neurologist but all of them suggest that I am suffering from anxiety and depression but I swear I don't have any tension but I would like to overcome from this feeling of movement kindly help me out

Are you tackling your anxiety and depression through meds and/or therapy? This would seem to be the best way to help yourself.

Also google mindfulness, meditation, yoga etc. x
