Bpm anxiety

I check my pulse rate and when i check it i'm actually very anxious checking it and it was showing in range from 90 to 120 bpm.... is it because i'm anxious?

I constantly check mine and I wear a Fitbit . Sometimes I get anxious if it’s high . But if I’m relaxing it will def come down 65 .

Being overly anxious will definitely run your pulse rate up. Mine does that all the time, I have constant anxiety.

Yes, it does go up once you worried. However I tend to have rapid heart rate, so I try not to worry if it does not go over 100.
