Can't think of certain words lately.

Does anyone else have a hard time coming up with simple words that they can't think of right off? I'm thinking it's probably anxiety but sometimes it worries me. I have a 3 year old and am 6 months pregnant so maybe they are contributing factors as well. Any positive input is welcome. Thank you!

Yes. I remember this happening to me.

Sometimes, I think I knew the word I wanted to say but just couldn't make it come out!

This was mostly happening before my diagnosis and treatment of Hypothyroidism. I have an Autoimmune Disease - Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis - which causes Hypothyroidism. However, I suffered for many years before getting treatment started.

Last December I was quite unwell with symptoms and I was getting numbers mixed up too.

I would try not to let it worry you (easier said than done, I know) but if it does continue and makes you feel concerned then maybe see your GP?
