I woke up one morning and my eyes were crazy and I had a headache and immediately I jumped on Google and self-diagnose which made everything worse and from that day on I've had extreme health anxiety and then panic attacks but my eyes have always seemed to be weird I know the older you get you get floaters but I was seeing things float across my curtains and the TV with sunlight but nothing was in my vision a field to where I couldn't drive or anyting went to an eye specialist my eyes are fine went to the normal eye doctor couple months later eyes were fine went to my primary my eyes are fine I did go to neurologist they did to MRIS show things are fine and just told it was because my neck was so tight and so bad and on top of that anxiety and panic attacks and I'm just wondering how many people are going through this or have dealt with this?

I do get blurry vision and floaters when I am having anxiety specially when I enter a store !

Good luck on finding out what is causing it !

I'm actually told that it's from anxiety and panic attacks and just being a highly stressed out person a lot of times when I don't think about it it doesn't seem as bad but there are times when I focus on it and that's what it seems really bad for me I just take one day at a time so I can do same time one day at a time. When I finally reached out to my doctor for help after months and months of dealing with it alone as much as I hate taking medication cuz I'm kind of holistic half meets Western medicine type of person some things were working and getting better

I also don’t like medication but can’t survive without my Lexapro at the moment ! I could be without medication if I could rent a room in the ER 😉

Ha ha! If I went from peering anxiety everyday to I could tell you when I was going to have an anxiety attack to panic attacks so they actually just switched me to put me on Zoloft for right now because what's happening is they think I'm Associated what I'm going to do with my mom who is sick and I can't pull out. I haven't run to the ER yet I thought about it a couple times I've even thought about committing myself to a crazy hospital

Hi Charbey. Hope you are feeling better. I am also a very stressed out individual and my anxiety, depression panic makes me freak out with the physical symptoms that manifest with mental illness. I am hypervigilant most of the time and anxiety inflame everything. I worry too about the physical symptoms. The weird symptoms are vast and I hate it!

It could be migraine you can get floaters and blurred vision without having the actual head pain I’ve noticed that I am more sensitive to light during panic attacks

Hope everyone is feeling ok. I was told I could have ocular migraines. Like I said the eye specialist and my normal eye doctor and the MRA which is done of the blood vessels for your eyes of them are MRI all came back fine. You know they also told me from my trap muscles all the way up to the base of my skull because everything so tight that tension can cause a lot of issues. I had to teach myself to not go on to Google with every new symptom I was feeling it amazes me how anxiety and panic attacks have so many symptoms that you wouldn't think would be associated with it. I didn't realize I was having panic attacks along with anxiety attacks until just recently and my doctor put me on just 50 mg of Zoloft.

Hi Charbey, I can relate to you in many ways. My neck muscles are incredibly tight causing many issues one of the them being eye issues upon awakening in the morning.

I can wake up and see black, yellow or red spider on the ceiling and as my eyes follow

the illusion, it disappears. Sometimes it's just red blobs again always on opening my

eyes never once I am up. Had floaters in the past as well as torturous migraines.

Occasionally will get the flashing sparkler type ocular migraine. I would tend to

believe your doctors and the tests done. At least you know you're not alone. :) xx
