Anxiety and sun sensitivity?

Hi guys,

Did u experience sensitivity when looking at the sun? Could be that a sign of anxiety?

I feel like since spring started i can suffer the sun. It likes give me headaches and i feel like i am dizzy when there is a strong light outside.

When it s dark outside i feel more relaxed to take a walk then on day.. that s why i was taking that could be due to my anxiety.

Yes! That’s totally me, haha! And I have this weird thing in my eye after looking at the sun that throws me into a tailspin

I feel like without sunglasses i can not go out. Even if for example my family can. I feel it so strong.. and for example when i get out in the pauses at my job i feel like i need to go when there is no sun so i can enjoy staying outside..
