Pulsating feeling in neck

Hi im 26 yo and I've been experiencing pulsation sensation in my neck. I been to cardiologist multiple times , multiple ekgs and everything is fine. I'm wondering if anyone else gets this? Anf if so how long and what Do you dobto solve it?

I just was experiencing this same thing in the right side my neck a few weeks ago. They came on all of sudden and lasted days at a time for hours a day. They're called palpitations.
