So I know that most of my anxiety is from overthinking things from looking into the future and thinking of every possibility that could go wrong. I also know now that I’ve been doing this throughout my whole life and I’m no younger chicken. I quit smoking 30 years ago. And I always told everyone it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done I had been smoking three packs a day at the time. I wish I could quit anxiety. If I ever figure it out I will say quitting anxiety is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

I am proud of you for quitting smoking! I wish I could "quit" my anxiety too! lol Unfortunately, it is easier said than done.
I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Anxiety is such a difficult thing to deal with. Have you tried talking with someone about what you are feeling? It always helps to talk to someone you trust so that they can help you in the best way that they can. I hope everything gets better.
