How to fight back against my anxiety?

Hello all! I've been having chest pains, dizziness, pins and needles sensation, left arm pain, panic, hot and cold flashes, shortness of breath and so many more symptoms. I've been to my PCP countless times with these issues. I've done the whole 9 yards with testing, just to be safe. Bloodwork, echocardiogram, heart holter, stress test, etc. They all come back clear, just my blood pressure is slightly high. It's nothing too bad. So after my tests became clear I went to see a therapist. I was diagnosed with anxiety, severe anxiety, depression, and panic disorder. I'm still trying to find the right medication... everything I've tried so hard has made me feel very suicidal. My symptoms seem to come and go too. Ill be okay for a few weeks, months even sometimes... then it's horrible. All these symptoms come back and hit me at once. I've been to the ER and clinic SO many times for these anxiety symptoms that the people there probably think I'm crazy. I just wish it would go away. It's so hard to live a normal life or leave the house sometimes. I've had to call out of work a few times due to this too. As I write this, I'm having chest pains and tingling all over my body. What else can I do to get this under control... what has worked for you? I'm willing to try anything, I'm so mentally exhausted...

Hello, I hope you hang in there...

I go thru most of those symptoms too.

I've also tried several ssri medications.

So far they all made me feel worse. Or have dark thoughts.

I don't have any magic answer ...

But your not alone...

I have all of these symptoms and have ended up in A&E twice in recent weeks. I struggle to believe the severity of symptoms is anxiety but I know that is a strong possibility. I have aches, the pain in my left arm kept me awake last night, chest discomfort like indigestion/heartburn, random nerve pains, tingling in face, fatigue, groggy feeling in head, panic - it’s very disconcerting but all medical checks like chest X-ray, bloods, ecg say everything is normal. A few weeks ago I was fit and healthy. Now have daily symptoms which are worrying and completely debilitating. Hope it passes quickly for us. I have been told to do yoga to stretch muscles (you can find them online for anxiety), listen to meditation clips on YouTube, gentle walks, but other than that just hope this is a phase which passes. I can’t work like this so have been off for 3 weeks now. Dr has lined up more specialist checks in neurology, cardiology and gastrointestinal! Basically the whole body which is worrying in itself.

I feel your pain. With me some days are great then anxiety comes to bite me in the butt. It’s got it’s teeth in me today too. I just keep trying to think ( this too shall pass). I usually end up back here talking to people that understand - unless you have gone through anxiety it’s hard to understand how it overwhelms you. I hope you have peace today.
