This post is not meant to discourage any anxiety sufferers, I know I still have anxiety, but I also have a diagnoses. I have a Chiari malformation, Which is a congenital neurological disorder where long story short your cerebellum is in your spinal canal and can cause symptoms such as headache, dizziness, weakness, numbness, respiratory problems and much more. I listened to my body, I knew something was wrong, I knew it couldn’t be anxiety. My doctors didn’t believe me cause me bloodwork etc came back fine but I pushed hard for a CT Scan. And as easy as that, I have a diagnoses. I’m then scheduled for an MRI and neuro consultation for surgery to fix me. But this should also be reassuring to you anxiety suffers, I read in here all the time how you’ve had multiple tests and opinions that there nothing wrong, pls believe your doctor. You’ve had everything checked out, so work on it as an anxiety problem. If something was wrong, it would be found in the first test. But still listen to your body! I’ll be in here with updates and if anyone has questions or anything

Several mostly headaches they start back of head pressure stiff neck weakness and few things seeing a neurologist for other things tia's, empty sella syndrome, obstructive sleep apnea. we talked about this and she will go through my mri 's with her colleagues to see if I have this, I have shown mri to someone who reads scans and he said it looks like I have a cerebellum tonsil herniation? wait and see there a lot of other things going on off balance dizzyness pulsating tinitus and many more.

I was diagnosed with chiari 2 years ago and the neurologist said don’t worry about it meanwhile 2 years later I have 24/7 ringing in my left ear, vertigo everyday swaying and off balance - doc said it was my anxiety mixed with menopause!!!! Wrong
