Palpitations

Hey everyone my chest area has been feeling a bit wierd im not having chest pain when i woke up i felt like my heart kind of skips a beat ive never had these symptoms but i would hear about it and i seen it really common with anxiety im a bit worried something might be wrong

If it comes back and you feel worried go and look it up and if it all looks good it’s a big help to calm your mind. I have palpitations as well and it’s all apparently anxiety (my mind) that’s the problem. 😊

i have palpitations 24/7, constantly feel it beating in my chest. the only time i dont notice it is when im distracted 😔 tbh noticing the palpitations cause my anxiety?? like i wouldnt be so anxious if i didnt feel it. esp at night
