Has anyone tried CBD oil for anxiety? How did it go?
CBD oil: Has anyone tried CBD oil for... - Anxiety Support
CBD oil
I’m wondering the same thing recently my rheumatologist suggested I try it for sleep she gave me some printouts on it and recommended a few online but I’m hesitant - this will be interesting to hear from others thanks for your question
Tried it. Did seem to help me sleep but as for anxiety..didn’t do a thing unfortunately.
Medical grade works very well it’s about 15 times more potent then the garbage you buy online. And the online stuff you don’t know what’s in it. Medical grade is regulated buy the state to be 100 % pure with no trace of pesticides.
They made it illegal here in Texas (state laws) before I had a chance to try the gummies my acupuncturist recommended despite being THC free. I asked my doctor about it prior to even thinking about it and this is all I got: "I'm not sure because it's illegal and we can't really suggest it. I can say it's shown benefits for things you're going for such as depression and anxiety...and also pain." The purity and grade is absolutely key. Hemp oil is not CBD oil so do not fall for that. Another thing to take in to consideration is this: if your medications interact with grapefruit, they will interact with CBD as well. This all has to do with metabolizing medications....they act on the same liver enzyme which can cause issues with the medicine having a stronger effect (potentially dangerously so). So be sure to check those...benzos, heart medications, and many others are on the list of "does not play well with CBD products".
I was told by my dr and have confirmed online that my meds, small doses of both Clonazepam and Fluoxetine, will not interact with my taking CBD oil at all. In fact it has helped me tremendously!
Am interested in your experience with CBD oil
Yes, I went to a medical marijuana Dr. He was very knowledgeable of people with anxiety and panic. He assured me that CBD products would help me tremendously. I was skeptical at first, but when I took the time to try it, I found it an added benefit. It’s all natural and non habit forming. I use the CBD oil gel caps, or the tincture. The tincture is out of a dropper and the liquid goes under the tongue. I have a vape pen that I use the CBD oil juice in. This was harder to learn, since I have never been a smoker. But it’s just vapor and my son showed me to not let the vape pen get too hot. Slow between inhaling. It’s a good tool when you need to feel that relaxation more quickly. I have my good days when I just take the bare minimum and on more challenging days I can use a bit more. You can find CBD product online easily and it is perfectly legal. It is considered a supplement. Just make sure you are just getting the CBD and no THC. Pure is best, no additives, derived in licensed facilities in the US. It is a little pricey. I am still taking Prozac and klonopin generic, am able to stay at a small dose with the CBD. Some day with the dr’s ok I will start reducing my dependency on the generic klonopin. Dr says not yet.
Hi, I have been using CBD oil approx. 4 months, initially I was just using to see if it helped with arthritis, it did after just a couple of days. I stopped using it for a week or so but then read it could help with my anxiety, so I started taking again regular at 500mg strength. It does help, I would say almost immediately, I don’t feel as scared as I used to when I am having a bad day. I take the drops every day. I still take Sertraline and since I started with the CBD oil, I don’t have as many side effects, such as feeling spaced out You can buy CBD oil online, I use one where the lab report is available, that way you know you are getting the CBD and payment is secure. I can give you the link to the one I use for my supply if you want to know more.
Been reading about CBD and my head is spinning. Think it might be worth a try, oil under the tongue sounds like best option. Not sure of dosage, guess I would start small and see how it goes

I have been using my CBD along with my other meds and I feel that it helps with side effects and using a vape pen helps when I am having a bad anxiety day. I also only buy from known sources where I know it’s certified and proven 100% pure and natural. I thank you for your reply and info. Take care 😊
Aw thank you for coming back to me. I was interested that you use a vape pen, my son has been telling me I should try it. You take care 😊
I will, thanX
