Feel great but the symptoms still there ?

Hi all , Anyone get the eyelid twitching / trembling thing ? Doesn’t hurt but it’s annoying and there’s that little dude with a hammer trying to say it’s something sinister and go get this checked out too.

Think everyone gets them from time to time but I’ve had them for weeks now and sometimes get quite bad. Just another anxiety symptom ?

I’m sure it couldn’t hurt getting it checked out. I have a similar anxiety symptom. Eyelid twitched or sometimes my neck becomes really ridged and I have what I can only describe as a “head shiver”. I’m not sure if it is physically noticeable. I figure it must be, but nobody has mentioned anything. Definitely adds to my anxiety wondering though. Especially at work. Does your eye twitching only happen when you are anxious?

Hiya , It happens randomly all day everyday.

I'm sure it's anxiety. Been there. Had EVERY inch of my body do that for long periods of time. Even my lip! Even when I didn't feel the anxiety I experienced it. Seems the symptoms of anxiety last long after it's gone 😔

Thanks for the reply. Yeah most symptoms seem to Ben present when you don’t feel anxious. Which makes your worry ...... and the circle continues.
