Treat the symptoms and remind yourself that your cranky and anxiousness are nothing more than your body worn down by illness. It is exactly what it is and I have had to do the same thing twice now in a back to back two week stomach something going on. Good luck, one day at a time and you will see it's just from being sick it tricks us especially when we are down. Gentle hugs and get well soon!!!
