Hi Daisycup, you can get all sorts of different reactions depending on the medication! Medication affects people differently it can give one person the sweat's yet it won't effect another person, same as antibiotics work for some but others can be allergic to the same drug! Hope this helps !

The fluoxetine can do it, but you can’t be sure it’s the medication, talk to your doctor

I also sweat a lot at night before I try to sleep since I am on medications so I think it could be a side effect

Seroxat (paroxetine) and Xanax. What do you take? If any side effect seem to be abnormal you should talk to your doctor asap to change the dosage or medication. I had severe side effects with Prozac

What side affecos did you have

With Prozac, I had reaaaaally high resting heart rate it was so painful that I was out of breath and my chest hurt so much and my head felt like it was going to explode.

When I visited my therapist, she told me that some medicines work better for some people, and other for others. I might be too sensitive of Prozac, but someone else may find it perfect for them. Also, she told me that when you start taking SSRI’s for the first time, you should start with the lowest dose possible, until your body adapts to it and then strategically increase the dose.

Also, she told me that some side effects I could feel are: feeling more tired, sleepy, maybe a little bit dizzy, nauseus ect. but not to the point where you couldn’t handle it. And those side effects should go once you adapt to the medication. If you in any moment feel like you react abnormally to the medicine, you should seek medical help.

I hope this helps a little bit until you see your doctor again.
