Back to the docs i go for more bloods and ecg. Probably pointless but necessary for a sicknote as i havent worked in 3 weeks because of heart palpitations and stress. So basically as soon as things get a bit tough at work and home my body starts to play up. I do not feel positive and sometimes wish i could stay in bed all day.
