I am anxious all the time, to the point where it’s making me feel so depressed. I’m on 20mg of Citalopram, which doesn’t seem to be working very well. I used to have major health anxiety which has passed, but my newest thing is worrying that one day I’ll go crazy. I feel crazy even typing this out! I’m worried one day I’ll just snap or something. Has anyone ever experienced this? Thanks!!

Talk to your doctor, maybe you need to adjust the medication. You're not going crazy, that's your mind playing tricks..i feel that when I'm with high anxiety, thinking 'how will I cope with this',"will it get much and much worst with time?"..take one day at a time, talk to your therapist about how you feel..keep your mind busy with things you enjoy doing, walks, listen music, being with pets,a hobbie..many of us feel that way believe me I do sometimes, just have to make myself thinking of other thing's,hugs and stay strong!
I would say that unless you have something going on at the minute (a stressful situation) that’s causing you to feel this way then go see your doctor again to see if they can offer additional support. I find meditation classes help me very much!! It’s a very powerful thing and anyone can learn how to do it. If you haven’t already tried give it a go. There are many free apps also that can help with anxiety (hypnosis) you may find these helpful 🤞
