I seem to swallow a lot of air, no idea how, drinking, eating, even talking maybe. But it kinda locks my stomach up like I can't breath, then I panic of course, until I'm able to belch and I do quite a lot.
I have read up about it and apparently it's quite common with anxiety. I have had an endoscopy so I know all is well.
Anyone else relate to this?

I do feel like I take in air. Like when I’m eating, this bubble of air forms into my mouth and I’m like, what the heck is going on. I never had an endoscopy. I had a colonoscopy before but I’m sure they are different tests for different reasons. I honestly don’t want to stick something down my throat. I’m for sure know it’s gonna give me a panic attack. I constantly burp and constantly have to swallow. I hate it so much. I hope you’re doing well.
Yes I think I swallow a lot of air. I get bloated and it sounds crazy, but then I seem to find it hard to breathe. Probably from gas preventing my diaphragm from moving properly. It's a very frightening feeling
