My upper left chest close to my shoulder vibrates from time to time and in those moments I instantly think it’s my heart so I checked my heart rate while it was happening and idk if I was anxious or what but it seemed to be jumping. Not sure if it’s chest tremor or AFib? Ugh hate feeling like this
