extremely long paragraph sorry and that’s not even all of it

I’ve always had anxiety but I never dealt with it until last year when it literally took over my life. It stems back to when my parents got a divorce 6 years ago and my dad walked out on us when I was only young, I never allowed myself to be sad I had to be the strong one of the family, fast forward to last year when it hit me full force, I couldn’t leave the house, I would fake being sick so I didn’t have to go to school, I got councilling for 7 months and improved then when it was time for me to stop I went back to how I was before but my mam says I have to deal with this on my own with no councillor which is hard for me not to mention I’ve been ill for almost a year now and my anxiety makes it so much worse for me to deal with, I just want to know how people cope with these types of things, I’m only 16 and I’m not sure how I deal with everything going on.

Hey don't worry that is not long. I have a ton of anxiety myself. The best thing i can tell you is to talk it out. If she isn't there to talk it out and you don't have a therapist, we are here for you bud. Best thing to do is to express everything. Otherwise it grows roots in our heads and they drag us down. Much love, young one. You will get better in time. I am 25 and I remember the early days. It never seems like it will end but i promise no suffering lasts forever. It just feels that way.

Thank you bro, non of my friends understand and I’m sort of the ‘therapist’ of my friend group so I also have to deal with their drama, but I’m glad I have here to express my self thank you!!
