Does anyone ever get warm spots on their body? Examples: top of the head, ankle, foot etc.

They only last for a few seconds and it is usually just one spot. I don’t think it is hot flashes.

O get those feelings in my head ,fingers ,feet, legs ,hands and face i told my GP he told me it's possibly due to amnesia, witch i have die to having a brain haemoragh last year, but mmm one last for long periods. So please go to your G for check up
