Does anyone get a vibrating feeling in their head?

I haven't had this before, but the last few days here and there I feel like my head is vibrating...

Has anyone else had this, I'm worried.

Yes, I too get that sensation. I get a lot of tingling with it too.

Right now crying so bad I have pressure in my head and numbness in my arms.

The first night back from the hospital (heart condition), I lay my head upon the pillow, and heard this strange sound. Partly something like an electrical buzz, and part something I don't have the words to describe. It was loud enough to keep me awake, and yet when I raised my head from the pillow, I didn't hear it. I pulled my bed away from the wall toward the center of the room. The noise stopped. Anyone else experience anything like this?
