I suffering from a spasm in my throat. Sometimes, in a cough sometimes at eating, my throat gets chocked fully even I could not breathe for 5 minutes which makes me so problematic that could not be explained.

so pls advise me the medicine.

Smalhotra, there is a common symptom of anxiety disorder called Globus Hystericus which is the feeling that you have a lump in your throat. In fact there is no lump in the throat, it's just anxiety mimicking a lump.

What you describe sounds like Globus Hystericus. The 'medicine' to overcome this is to accept the feelings for the time being calmly and without fear. Fear is what maintains the feeling, accept the feeling and eventually you recover.

Also if you haven't already you should talk to your doctor and be examined for your own reassurance.

I used to get this so much until I understood what it was now it’s only now and again x
