Possible trigger warning

I can’t stop having thoughts about life. How it’s so weird. How are we floating through space on a ball??? It makes me panic and freak out cause it’s just so weird. Am I alone in feeling this way?

Anxiety can produce lots of "crazy" thoughts. The Earth seems so quiet and rock-solid that it's hard to picture us all really being on a sphere orbiting a star. Just remember that Earth is a very, very big "ball". You're not going to get thrown off of it, or anything like that, so don't get disturbed about things. You're not going anywhere.

I know exactly how you feel. I often get loads of different crazy thoughts as well about life, reality, humanity etc. I know how much it can freak you out and how anxiety inducing it can be. I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone and that it's perfectly normal to have weird thoughts that can make you feel like you're going crazy. Try to remember that your thoughts are just that - thoughts. You are not your thoughts and your thoughts are not the truth, can't predict the future and can't hurt you unless you let them.
