Omg ! When I smell fabulouso my anxiety goes from 0-100 . I’m so mad right now because I haven’t had this feeling in a week . I’ve been having it under control a little bit .

OMG I'm the same way and I love Pinallen from Dollar General and it just sets me off. Frying bacon or sometimes eggs. It's hard to say what smell might start it up and maybe not every time. I feel what you're going through and it is so disturbing to me at times.

Hi BetterDays14. I seem to have a problem with laundry detergent lately. It doesn't

seem to make a difference as to which brand I buy. The smell that triggers me is in

the pod detergent as well as the liquid. It goes straight to my head. Anxiety makes us

sensitive in so many ways including smells, lighting and sounds. We're never alone xx
