Hello, I have lived through this and recovered so I can offer you hope. You have some work ahead of you if you want to get out of that bed. When people don't deal with their fears, anxieties, panic attacks their safe place can become smaller and smaller. Do you see anyone like a Doctor or a therapist ? I found therapy to be very helpful. Essentially you must face your fears , the feelings you have are exaggerated they will not hurt you. You might want to read some of the pinned posts on this site. I think you'll find them very helpful. You can turn this around and get your life back. Pam
I’m seeing a therapist. But I can’t leave my house to go see her. I feel like if I leave my bed I’m gonna panic. And I’m dizzy when I get up so that makes me ever more anxious and it’s just a cycle.
Please get up ! I'm serious , laying I. Bed naked you think too much snd will cause anxiety if you stay idle , make yourself get up and make your favorite coffee or tea , turn on your favorite music and sit outside and get fresh air . Then do some deep breathing and stretch and take a nice warm shower . I know that sounds crazy snd overwhelming , but just do it and If you have a panic attack , so what , tell it to get the hell out and leave you alone , pray. I have dealt eith thus crap gif years and don't let it rule you. Try it and jet me know how you do . God Bless
When I fall asleep I'm good until I wake up shaking and trembling and I don't know why.
I try to walk around the house and it still bothers me.
I go to work and try to keep my mind occupied But sometimes it kicks in and I try to shut it off.
I wake up anxious too. Every morning
