Don't know what to think anymore

Hi in Jan I had a heart scare ie heart pounding and racing out my chest impending feeling of doom heart was constantly racing it would wake me up from sleep... Even looking at my phone made my heart race was always feelimg hot inside then had pin point pains in chest for weeks then skipped beats etc etc last 4weeks I've had thud thud in ears constantly and gastric pains at same time.... Heart seems calmer not pounding as hard but odd times it will skip beats and would hear the thud thud thud in ears then it will go way... I just asking do I stil have anxiety or something else.... I had pulse felt and heart listened to twice in the begging and ecg all normal but heart was fast on fluoxitine since Jan.... Im. Feeling like a something is not right with me

Hey! Have you ever been tested for PoTS? Just curious. Also, if you’re not happy with just the ECG and you’re still getting these symptoms, then I recommend seeing a cardiologist and asking for further tests, such as an Echocardiogram, and stress test.

Your symptoms seem very common here on this forum.

These usually play out to be anxiety at the core.

However, anxiety comes from your thoughts about things.

You might want to gain some insight into what your beliefs are that make you have as many physical symptoms as you have.

A family member or a therapist can help you get to the core of what is bothering you.
