Neck pressure and shortness of breathe

I have had anxiety since I was 8 and now I'm 20! It has gotten worse this past week because I have been sick!! I have this weird pressure in my neck like ive been hanging upside down !! Is this anxiety I was just at the doctor's I feel like they would have told me if my blood pressure was high or something!! I have been constantly short of breath or feels like I have to force myself to breathe??? Its super scary !! I was just put on Zoloft and really hope it kicks in fast and helps because I cant do anything but lay in bed and have panic attacks!!

If you have been sick, some of this could be lingering symptoms which can well be made worse by anxiety.
