I have this sometimes but very rarely, it’s so hard to explain It’s a weird fluttery feeling, all over my body. It’s like a cross between heart palpitations and feeling light headed, but all over! I feel like I could either pass out or be sick.
I have an under active thyroid and anxiety/depression, so I’m on Levothyroxine and Venlafaxine.
Anyone know what this could be?

I have that too.sometimes all day.have been told its anxiety and nerves.its horrible especially when it doesnt go away.i try to distract myself when happens x
I was on levothyroxin and a few years ago I switched to ndt and feel better. I'm not always well but I find when I am stressed I get palpitations. They are not nice but I don't get them as bad as I used to do but I am on Sertraline. Hope you feel better soon, relaxation is a big help
