Yes always! Anxiety always messes with my stomach and bowels which then brings on the health anxiety... lol

That’s exactly what happened to me today haha.. didn’t know your stomach could hurt from anxiety

Oh yes! Took me awhile to put 2 and 2 together but is easier to accept now that I know what’s causing my stomach problems.
