Yes I noticed that years ago, it's because the nerves in your eyes (along with the rest of our bodies) are over sensitised by anxiety and where eyes are concerned that can mean sensitive to light ie photophobia.
It's nothing to worry about and when your nervous system recovers this symptom will trouble you no more.
