Hi today I feeel like I have so many things in my head that it hurts me and I feel like it is going to explode!!!!
And do anyone can give me an advise to forgive someone and leave the past on a side ?

Hi. What are exactly your symptoms? I actually feel pressure in the back of my head and super bad ear ringing. With tingling in random spots like my hands
I just feel like my head is overwhelmed and it will explode and that I don’t have a clear space , and it hurts me in the back and front
