Yes it is one of the good ones ... my husband has been on it for 8 years and has done well with it .. give it time and I will start to slowly feel some benefit
I tried it when it first came out for panic disorder. Not only did I feel worse on it, I felt sick a lot of the time as well, so I stopped taking it.
