Zoloft increase

Put on 25 mg zoloft for depression/anxiety. Felt worse afterwards. Just increased to 50 mg. How long will it take t ok get better? Don't feel like doing anything.

Most of my medication changes took 4-6 weeks before I could discern the true effects. Keep a log of how you’re feeling, any particular struggles, and report to your prescribing physician. I kept a log for several months. You can scale it from 1-10 or however you like. Unfortunately, switching/ adjusting meds comes with a learning curve.
