Talk to a doctor about how you feel, therapy may help you with these feelings. Try and get out with friends, eat healthy and maybe exercise sometimes as it should make you feel better and less anxious.
Meditation can help too and try download some apps on your phone, like headspace! Maybe try and not worry about being single either, the right person will come along at some point!
I think therapy may be a major asset to you. It can help you get to the root of your anxiety and depression, developing coping skills, recognize and work through triggers and develop relaxation techniques. With mental health I think medication is more of a band aid while you work with a therapist on healing. Journaling and having someone to talk to can be so beneficial also. Setting small goals and celebrating small accomplishments. Unrealistic or extravagant goals can set you up for failure. Of course that is not to say dreams can’t be achieved. Baby steps can be so rewarding. It’s always the first step that is the hardest. Journaling can also help you look at your situation from a different perspective. We’re here for you!
