I need help

Please someone help me. I have anxiety for 5 years and I'm worse instead of better. I just want to cry. I'm on meds ut don't feel any better. I need to find a good psychiatrist but having a hard time. I don't want to be like this anymore. I need someone who could help me overcome fear of anxiety. My back and ribs and stomach hurt.

Thank you. I can't stop crying. My family is mad at me. My friend said she would take me to hospital but I'm scared. My husband doesn't want me in the hospital

I can totally relate! I was an absolute mess before I started therapy... Is this something you have Ever tried.? For me it was a complete game changer. I can't say that I'm anxiety free,but I'm my life is so much better.
