Bad back pain

I have really bad back pain. Lower and upper and hips and ribs. It's hard to get out of bed and to walk. I have bad anxiety. I saw the back dr last week nothing was broken I think it might be muscles. But he told me wait three weeks. It's only going to be two weeks and I can't stand it. I'm scared. I don't know what to do anybody can help
