Back on meds

I’m on Zoloft 50mg. Also got got some Prozac still in cabinet and I’m going to try again relaxation yoga,maybe hypnotherapy again.

I have to get out of this house.

Good luck, I have celexa, Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro and amitriptyline in my cupboard. All prescribed to me over the last 10 years during some very stressful times. I usually get thru half the bottle and then give up on it. I know that I will never know the true effectiveness of the meds unless I stay on for awhile. I guess I'm just impatient which is just another symptom of this illness
