Headache and panic attacks

Does anyone get random Headaches and dizzy spells?? I feel like that right now... im so Tired of feeling helpless over my own body... and the anxiety isnt making it better im getting nervous and panicky all at the same time.. i just cant take it anymore. I want to give up. Nothing is working for me. Relaxation, tylenol... Nothing!

I know how you feel... Tylonal wont help with these kind of headaces.. Iv tried many times. Your going through headaces cause by stress.. Im having one right now.. Try drinking some water and lay in a dark room.. It helps me sometimes.
