I struggle to sleep most of the times when I think about college, the amount of work I need to and lot more stressful things at the same time. Presentations make me so weak and my heart won’t stop beating unless the presentation is over. I’m always sweating, I panic a lot, my heart beats so fast that I start having chest pains I can’t stop shaking, I mumble a lot and my voice never seem to be any louder when I’m speaking to people it can even be my lecturers.

What do I do I think I have anxiety disorder?
Cicia, you say your heart won't stop beating. Heaven forbid that it should, then you'll really have problems😊
I think from what you say that you have high anxiety caused by the amount of college work you have. You feel you have so much to do and not enough time to do it in.
You're probably over estimating the amount of work you have but either way here's what you do. Make a list of all your tasks and then prioritise which are the most important. Then start on the first project and give it your best shot. Then move on to the next project.
If you look like runnng out of time have a word with your lecturers or teachers and tell them you've been given too much work and it's made you feel ill. Educationalists have a duty of care to the welfare of those they teach so they must respond and agree a plan with you that's 'doable'.
