Tossing and turning at the moment I seem to sleep

My mind isn’t racing

Isn't it a nightmare? Your body and mind end up wrestling. I used to find blinking very quickly helps then deep breathing. Sip of water. Have you got a light on your phone that takes away the colour?. I used to look at my phone(they looked like bricks then) and id be more awake!! So I was relieved when these new fandangled things came out with all sorts on lol. The kids don't understand how I manage to dress myself some days as I prefer to read books rather than Google!. Reading also helps if you can concentrate....anything. yes you may end up reading the same sentence over and over but hopefully...you will start to feel sleepy. I'm sorry you can't sleep. My days just beginning. I managed 2 hours last night...pretty good for me! Take care. Janie 😊

Try reading a book. Normally works for me.
