Tongue feels Heavy

My tongue feels heavy on and off feels thick in my mouth and surrounding mouth muscles feel right. Is this an anxiety symptom?

Yes, it can be anxiety, or some meds can cause you not to produce as much saliva has normal. There are mouth moisturizing mints available that I use sometimes, as well as special toothpaste that helps too. My dentist gave me samples and I buy them at drug stores.
